The Town of Manila will hold a
public hearing to discuss making
application to the Community Im-
pact Board for a Fire Station Proj-
ect. Items to be discussed include:
funding options, project scope,
implementation schedule, and its

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND FINAL PAYMENT

Notice is hereby given that the
Western Wyoming Community
College has accepted as complete,
according to specifications, the
work performed under that certain
contract between WWCC and
Electrical Connections, Inc. for
work performed on the Security
Camera Project- Aspen Mtn Hall
and the contractor is entitled to fi-
nal settlement. Therefore, the
College will cause said contractor
to be paid the full amount due un-
der said contract on October 12,
2010. All claims regarding work
or materials furnished to the con-

prior to October 12, 2010 or the

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work
done, or any material furnished to, A. Pleasant Construction, 1 Pleasant
Way, Green River, Wy 82935 for the Sweetwater County School District
No. 1, High School ADA Toilet Upgrades project.

You are hereby notified that Sweetwater County School District No. 1,
Rock Springs, WY, has accepted substantial completion according to the
Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sweet-
water County School District No. 1 and the aforesaid Contractor of the
work in connection with the Sweetwater County School District No. 1,
High School ADA Toilet Upgrades project, and that said Contractor is
entitled to final settlement thereof.

You are further notified that upon September 29, 2010, being the 41st
day after the first publication of the notice, said Sweetwater County
School District No. 1 will pay A. Pleasant Construction the full amount
due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with
Sweetwater County School District No. 1 prior to said 29th day of Sep-
tember, 2010, same shall be waived.

This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6116, Wyoming Statutes,
1982.

Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Environmental
Quality Act and Chapter 1, Section 2(j) of the Solid Waste Rules and
Regulations, the Halliburton Energy Service has submitted a low hazard
and low volume permit application for the vehicle service center located
in Rock Springs, Wyoming.

The proposed facility is located at 1801 Blairtown Road. More
specifically, this facility is located in Sections 3 and 4 of Township 18
North, Range 105 West, Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The proposed
facility will provide for the storage of used oil which has been generated
at the vehicle service center. The total volumetric capacity of this facility
is 5000 gallons.

The Department of Environmental Quality, Solid and Hazardous
Waste Division (DEQ) has determined that the permit application is gen-
erally complete and technically adequate, DEQ’s solid waste rules, in
Chapter 1, Section 2 (j)(iii)(A), require that the applicant must provide
public notice that a draft permit has been issued, and inform the public
that there is an opportunity to comment on the draft permit before it is is-
sued in final form. The notice is also required to indicate that the public
may file formal written objections to issuance of a final permit. This
publication provides notice of those opportunities.

Copies of the permit application, the DEQ’s review of the applica-
tion, and the draft permit can be viewed at DEQ’s Cheyenne office (He-
rschler Building, 4th Floor West, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, Wyo-
ming.)

Any interested person has the right to either: provide comments
on the draft permit, which DEQ will consider prior to taking final action
on the permit application, or file formal written objections to the draft
permit. The period for providing comments, or filing formal wrttien ob-
jections to the draft permit, shall begin on First Date of Publication and
end on 30 Days Following the Second Date of Publication. Any com-
ments or formal written objections must be received by 5 p.m. on the last
day of the notice period. Comments or formal objections must be sub-
mitted in writing to the Department of Emvironmental Quality, John
Corra, Director, 122 West 25th Street, Cheyenne, WY 82002. Formal
written objections must be accompanied by a statement of the facts upon
which the objection is based. If substantial written objections are filed, a
contested case hearing will be held by the Environmental Quality Coun-
cil.

In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, special
assistance or alternative formats will be made available upon request for
individuals with disabilities.
