William Walter Clark

GREEN RIVER — William “Bill” Walter Clark, 63, of 1100 Georgia Way, Green River, died Thursday, Feb. 4, 2010, at his home. A longtime Green River resident and former resident of Texas, he died following a brief illness.
He was born Dec. 16, 1946, in Big Springs, Texas, the son of James Don and Lillian Faye West Clark.
Mr. Clark married Pamela Jane Singletary on Sept. 16, 1980, in Green River.
He attended meetings in honor of Bill W. for more than 22 years.
Mr. Clark worked as a mechanic for Elf Aquataine for 34 years until 1991.
Survivors include his wife, Pamela Clark of Green River; one son, James Don Clark of Green River; one stepson, Edward Michael Moss of California; one daughter, Sonya Dionne Clark of Rawlins; two stepdaughters, Teresa Marie Singleton of Casper and Eileen Belle Allen of Tooele, Utah; sister, Betty Jo Sosbee of Fort Worth, Texas; two brothers-in-law, Jerry Greene and Lionel Greene of Utah; sister-in-law Ellen Mousseau of Utah; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Jerry Don Clark and Horace Wayne Clark.
A celebration of life will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, at the Vase Flaming Gorge Chapel, 263 E. Flaming Gorge Way, Green River. Inurnment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery in Green River. Friends may call one hour prior to services.


Phyllis Ann Andrew

ROCK SPRINGS — Phyllis Ann Andrew, 72, of Rock Springs, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, in Burns.
Mrs. Andrew was born Feb. 22, 1937, in Norton, Kan. She lived in Rock Springs for 45 years.
She married Dan Andrew on Oct. 12, 1963, in Pinedale.
Her interests included crocheting, fishing, elk hunting, traveling and being with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members.
Mrs. Andrew is survived by her husband, Dan Andrew; six children, Patricia Sue Hail and husband Ralph of Keenesburg, Colo., Pamela Mae Jackson of Cheyenne, James Carl Gustason and wife Christine of Cheyenne Wells, Colo., Robert Grant Andrew and wife Rhonda of Granger, June Carla Sue Andrew and husband Bryan of Columbia, Mo., and Dwayne A. Andrew and wife Wendy of Rock Springs; a brother and sister-in-law, William Carl and Barbara Brown of Burns; 20 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald Leroy Brown; and her parents, Carl and Lorraine (Bailey) Brown.
A visitation will be conducted from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at the Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes. Cremation will follow at the Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
