The meeting is open to the public. Planned agenda topics include a discussion on energy development in a split-estate environment, reclamation and restoration efforts in the Powder River Basin, and follow-up from previous meetings on planning. Interested people may make oral comments or file written statements for the council to consider. The purpose of the council is to advise the Secretary of the Interior through the BLM on a variety of issues associated with public land management.
