The public is encouraged to attend. The goal is to provide military honors to all deserving Wyoming veterans. The service opens with the Pledge of Allegiance, a prayer, the reading of the names of the Wyoming veterans who died during the month, a rifle volley, the playing of taps and the folding of the U.S. flag.
