ROCK SPRINGS — Meet your neighbor Jill Blazovich. She is a second-grade teacher at Desert View Elementary School. Jill said it’s a great job even though it never ends when the school day is over. She has been teaching second grade for nine years and said it is a great age because the kids come in excited to learn lots of things, they want to share, and are pretty flexible. Jill enjoys her students’ “aha” moments and watching them progress. A Wyoming native, Jill has lived in Rock Springs for about 30 years. She loves the people in our community. “We are a sturdy crew here in Rock Springs,” she said. Despite the wind, weather and up-and-down economy, people step up when there’s a need, helping families and making a difference. If you see your neighbor Jill, be sure to say, “Hi!”
