FARSON — Farson-Eden Elementary School utilizes a special reading program funded by its PTO to encourage students to set and reach reading goals.

Eight students earned 120 points by reading and testing on books within their reading zones. The top readers were Paige Neilson and Mason Suter, first-grade students in Wendy Keeler’s class; Micah King and Clancy Madsen, third-grade students in Angel Smith’s class; Danilynn Smith, a fourth-grader in Jodee Burnett’s class; and Kole Johnson, Autumn Madsen and Eli Scheer, fifth-graders in Jennifer Applequist’s class.
