CHEYENNE -- U.S. and Wyoming flags will be flown at half-staff at all public buildings and grounds until sunset Saturday, Feb. 9, as a mark of respect for former U.S. Rep. John David Dingell Jr.

Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon, pursuant to President Donald Trump's proclamation, asked that the flags be flown this way to honor Dingell, the Michigan representative who was the longest-serving member of Congress in U.S. history.
