Kim B. Gotfrey, 30 Clearview Drive No. 6, Rock Springs, bound over July 17, alleged manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

Lance Lee Winders, 290 N. Third St., Green River, bound over July 17, alleged manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

Travis Moon Hernandez, P.O. Box 88, Farson, bound over July 17, alleged possession of a controlled substance in pill or capsule form, 3 grams or less, third offense; possession of a controlled substance in plant form, 3 ounces or less, third offense; driving under the influence of a controlled substance, first offense within 10 years; compulsory auto insurance, first offense; driver’s license violation; expired or improper registration; and speeding.

Hailee N. Peterson, 820 Madison Drive, Green River, guilty July 17, use of a controlled substance. She received a six-month jail sentence with 176 days suspended and six months of unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $55.

Tracy A. Noel, 98 Uinta Drive No. 4, Green River, guilty July 17, failure to merge into farthest lane when emergency vehicle present. Noel was ordered to pay $200.

Daniel M. Larose, 1230 Midwest Drive, Green River, guilty July 17, compulsory auto insurance violation, first offense. He was ordered to pay $290.

Nathan E. Sumner, 911 E. Beacon Ave., Apartment 241F, Spokane, Washington, guilty July 17, compulsory auto insurance violation, first offense. He received a suspended one-month jail sentence with six months of unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $290.

Cody J. Sewell, 122 L St., Rock Springs, guilty July 17, compulsory auto insurance, first offense. He received a suspended six-month jail sentence with six months of unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $250.

Jamison Angel Atencio, 170 N. Sixth St. W., Green River, bound over July 18, alleged property destruction, $1,000 or more.

Scott Daniel Pryor, 819 1/2 Center St., Rock Springs, bound over July 18, alleged possession of a controlled substance in a powder or crystal form, 3 grams or less, third offense; and child endangerment.

Joseph Robert Walker, 1061 Truman St., Rock Springs, bound over July 18, alleged theft, $1,000 or more; and making writing that purports to be another’s.

Max A. Louderback, 1730 Utah Place, Green River, bound over July 19, alleged first-degree sex abuse of a minor, third-degree sexual assault, sexual contact without intrusion and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor.

Adolfo Hernandez Gallegos, 320 Main St., Shoshoni, guilty July 19, speeding. He was ordered to pay $240.

Sesar Jesus Ortiz Covarrubius, 1804 Elk St. No. 57, Rock Springs, guilty July 20, possession of a controlled substance, 3 ounces or less. He received a suspended one-year jail sentence with one year of unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $360.

David P. Williams, 98 Uinta Drive No. 12, Green River, guilty July 20, speeding. He was ordered to pay $82.

Mark A. Bidwell, 506 E. Bates Ave., Parma, Idaho, guilty July 21, speeding. He was ordered to pay $388.
