State of Wyoming vs. Jesus Antonio Varela, May 26, judgment and sentence. Varela re-entered a plea of guilty to Count II, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, more than three ounces, and Count III possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, not more than three grams, and received eight months in the Sweetwater County Detention Center with 120 days credit and two years unsupervised probation for Count II, six months jail sentence for Count III to be served concurrent with Count II, and fined $100.

State of Wyoming vs. Jesus Antonio Varela, May 31, mittimus. Varela will serve a split sentence of two- to four- years in prison with all but eight months being suspended, credit for 120 days, and the eight months to be served in the Sweetwater County Detention Center.

State of Wyoming vs. Wade Earl Harlow, May 26, judgment and sentence. Harlow re-entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and received a suspended four- to five- year prison sentence, four years supervised probation with 59 days credit.

Simpson re-entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, not more than three grams, and received a two- to four- year prison sentence with 41 days credit. State of Wyoming vs. Henry L. Schwarzwalter, May 26, order suspending proceedings. Schwarzwalter changed his plea to guilty to obtaining benefits by fraud and received five years supervised probation with one day credit. Charge of obtaining benefits by fraud, Count I, were dismissed.
