State of Wyoming vs. Kelly Lou Clark, March 23, amended order of revocation of probation of aggravated assault. Clark received a two- to four-year prison sentence with 132 days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. Ryan Lee Jones Scott, March 28, judgment and sentence. Scott re-entered a plea of guilty to Count I, possession of a controlled substance, heroin, not more than three grams, third offense; and Count V, interference with a peace officer. Scott received a suspended four- to five-year prison sentence with four years supervised probation for Count II and a suspended one year prison sentence with one year supervised probation to be served concurrent to Count II with 107 days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. Deshawn Vantez Meier, March 29, judgment and sentence. Meier pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana in a plant form, and possession of marijuana in a liquid form and received a suspended one year jail sentence; one year unsupervised probation, and fined $780.

State of Wyoming vs. Michael James Maestas, March 30, order modifying sentence. Maestas remaining jail time is suspended and is placed on probation under the term that he successfully completes the VOA Treatment Program.

State of Wyoming vs. Sean C. Henry, March 30, order modifying sentence reduction.

State of Wyoming vs. Chad Michael Sinclair, March 30, order suspending proceedings. Sinclair re-entered a plea of guilty to unlawful delivery, heroin, and received four years supervised probation with credit for six days served.

State of Wyoming vs. Jakob Edward Porter, March 30, amended judgment and sentence. Porter re-entered a plea of guilty to burglary and received suspended four- to eight-year prison sentence and four years supervised probation with 26 days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. David Lee Babel, March 30, judgment and sentence. Babel re-entered pleas of guilty to Count I, unlawful manufacture or delivery, methamphetamine; no contest to Count III, use or possession of a firearm by a felon, and Count IV, use or possession of a firearm by a felon. Babel received a prison sentence of four to eight years on Count I, two to three years on Counts III and IV with 10 days credit for time served, all to be served concurrent.

State of Wyoming vs. Lora Marie Larson, March 30, judgment and sentence. Larson pled guilty to obtaining benefits by fraud and received a suspended three month jail sentence, three months unsupervised probation, fined $235 and $17,213 in restitution.

State of Wyoming vs. Andrea Diane Persinger, March 30, order of revocation of probation and received a suspended three- to five- year prison sentence and five years supervised probation.

State of Wyoming vs. Maggie Mae Krause, March 30, order suspending proceedings. Krause re-entered a guilty plea to child endangerment, methamphetamine and received three years supervised probation with one day served.

State of Wyoming vs. Jeremiah Larson, March 31, judgment and sentence. Larson pleaded guilty to obtaining benefits by fraud and received a suspended three month jail sentence with credit for one day served, placed on three months unsupervised probation, fined $530 and $26,182 in restitution.

State of Wyoming, DFS. vs. Sarah Renee Hoch, March 31, order of revocation of probation on original charge of unlawful manufacture or delivery, methamphetamine and received a three- to five-year prison sentence with 42 days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. Jose Alex Rangel-Gutierrez, April 5, order suspending proceedings. Rangel-Gutierrez re-entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marihuana and received five years supervised probation with three days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. Benjamin Joseph Lorenz, April 5, judgment and sentence. Lorenz re-entered pleas of guilty to Count III, aggravated assault and battery; and Count IV, strangulation of a household member and received a concurrent sentence of 30- to 60- \month prison sentence for Count III and IV with a 145 days credit for time served. All other charges were dismissed.

State of Wyoming vs. Deborah Lynne Persinger, April 5, judgment and sentence. Persinger re-entered a plea of guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marihuana, not more than three ounces, third offense and received a suspended three- to five-year prison sentence and three years supervised probation with 22 days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. Patrick Ryan Shrma, April 5, order of revocation of probation. Shrma received a three- to five-year prison sentence with 592 days credit for time served.

State of Wyoming vs. Emilie Quinn Shiffermiller, April 5, order of revocation of probation. Shiffermiller received five years supervised probation with 9 days credit for time served.
