State of Wyoming vs. Jamar Lamont Morehead, June 8, judgment and sentence. Morehead pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, more than 3 ounces. He and received a suspended one- to three-year prison sentence with two days credit and one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver were dismissed.

State of Wyoming vs. Robert Lee Perry Sr., June 8, judgment and sentence. Perry pleaded guilty to unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. He received a two- to seven-year prison sentence with 103 days credit. Charges of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, 3 grams or more, were dismissed.

State of Wyoming vs. Henry L. Schwarzwalter, June 8, amended order suspending proceedings. Schwarzwalter pleaded guilty to obtaining benefits by fraud. He received five years of supervised probation with one day credit. Another charge of obtaining benefits by fraud was dismissed.

State of Wyoming vs. Gerald Smith, June 9, judgment and sentence. Smith pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, more than 3 ounces. He received a suspended three- to five-year prison sentence with eight days credit and three years supervised probation. Charges of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver were dismissed.

State of Wyoming vs. Gale Patrick Urbanski, June 12, order suspending proceedings. Urbanski pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, more than 3 ounces, and driving or having control of vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or controlled substance. He received one year of supervised probation with seven days credit and a suspended six-month jail sentence.
