ROCK SPRINGS — The 10th performance of the 2018 National High School Rodeo Finals kicked off Friday morning in Rock Springs, and the grandstands were packed as usual. The performance started with the breakaway roping and the bareback riding, and a Wyoming contestant led off the day with a win.
