ROCK SPRINGS — The Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County’s patient financial team is offering a free workshop to help people prepare for the Medicare years.

Four free workshops will discuss the different parts of Medicare and secondary coverages. Those aged 64-66 are encouraged to attend.
