Dana Cooper is up next on the list of Off-Broadway Series performers. He will be in Downtown Rock Springs at The Park Lounge, located at 19 Elk Street on Wednesday, April 3, at 7 p.m. There is no cost for admission.
Cooper has had a vast career starting with his first release on Elektra Records with the studio band “The Section” — Leland Sklar & Russ Kunkel to his latest Release “I Can Face the Truth” which garnered him critical acclaim and charted on five different genre radio charts as well as two Best of Year End Charts. He has collaborated with many established artists including Lyle Lovett, Susan Gibson, Kim Richey, Hal Ketchum, Kim Carnes, Susan Werner and more. His discography measures over 30 albums and collections.
His Latest Release “Live from Caffe Lena” — the legendary venue in New York, where Dylan & Baez started — was released in March 2023. It captures Cooper’s insightful storytelling and powerful songwriting. He is a rousing musician whose performances engage and inspire audiences around the world. In May 2024, a new studio release will come out featuring Lyle Lovett, Hayes Carll, Mando Saenz, Susan Gibson, Darden Smith and more. Come out to see a living legend at the top of his game.
